CNDH vs CFE

This sunday, a relevant act of cittizen involvent caught my attention.
A group of citizens of the community of Naulcapan, Atizapan de Zaragoza, among others, presented a complain in the Comisión Nacional de Derechos Humanos for the unfair electricity costs.

First , it is pleasent to know of the involvement of community participation against arbitrary and abusive  acts of authority ,  since  2010, it is proven that over 3000 demands were made to the PROFECO (Procuraduria Federal del Consumidor). This stadistic proves, for one, that the community of Mexico city and the State of Mexico are showing their dissagreement against this acts, and for the other, the disfunction of the PROFECO to take action on the matter.

As a conlusion, i consider this actions taken by mexican society as fundamental for the protection of human rights,  and the neccesity to take actions against CFE for the cost abusses and PROFECO and  mexican state for their innoperance in the matter.
